徐州市是江苏省的地级市,位于江苏的西北部,徐州有着两千六百多年的建城史是一座华东重要的门户城市,这里不仅历史悠久,文化底蕴深厚,风景名胜众多,而且因其地理位置的特殊性,徐州汇集了全国各地美食于一身,形成了自己独具特色的饮食文化。 徐州也是一座比较包容的城市,这里汇聚了各地美食,不管是南来的,还是北往的,都可以在江苏徐州找到适合自己的口味。徐州美食兼容性较强,酸、甜、苦、辣、咸、酸应有尽有,琳琅满目的各类美食小吃,遍布在徐州的大街小巷之中,他们或许名气不大,也或许很简单普通,但他们无不是这座古城魅力的一部分,也是徐州饮食文化重要组成部分,是徐州味道的代名词。今天小红就为大家分享徐州极具特色的6大美食,第五个有着“香肠之王”的美誉,一起跟随小红去尝尝吧,没吃过三五样都不好意思说是本地人。 美味可口的徐州羊肉汤 不少人说徐州的羊蝎子好吃,但徐州的羊汤更加的好吃,而且名气十分的响亮。羊汤在徐州人心目中的地位可不低,从满大街的羊汤馆就不难看出。在徐州不管是大的还是小的羊肉汤馆子,在店内都有一口大锅,锅内是羊肉、羊骨、羊杂,热汤在锅内翻滚,那香味真是飘满了整个店内,熬汤的时候会不停地用大勺搅动锅食材与浓汤。食客点羊肉汤之后碗中加入羊肉,浇入热汤,然后根据食客的要求加入香菜或者是葱花,不少徐州的老吃家还会要求加上一勺的羊油,那味道别提多美了。徐州的羊肉汤是不放配菜与粉丝的,可以说是真正意义上的羊肉汤。 外形美观,味道鲜美地捆香蹄 捆香蹄是徐州新沂市的传统特色美食,是一种肉类制品,用新鲜的猪蹄,去掉中间的骨头,然后保留皮,用其包裹腌制之后的猪肉与熟皮丝混合的馅料,在经过卤煮而成。捆香蹄外形美观,味道鲜美、香气浓郁,而且保质期也不短。吃起来皮香肉嫩,咸淡适口,风味独特,可谓是一道上等的下酒硬菜。 传统风味美食贾汪素火腿 贾汪素火腿那可是徐州贾汪区的风味名菜,之所以叫做素火腿,是因为它是一种豆制的食品,人们也称其为贾汪豆腐卷。其虽然是豆制品但从口味上绝对可媲美各种肉食火腿,其坚韧、鲜香、味美,吃起来鲜香适口,劲道入味。其吃法多种多样,可凉拌,可炒制,可炖菜等等,无论哪种吃法都相当的美味。 徐州面食颇具代表性的烙馍 烙馍是徐州面食之中颇具代表性的美食小吃了,也深受徐州人的喜爱。烙馍吃起来十分的有特点,柔韧、劲道,十分的有嚼头,还非常的抗饿。烙馍不仅可以卷着各种酱料和肉食、炒菜,还可以卷油条和馓子来食用,那味道真是没得说。 有着“香肠之王”美誉的大王集香肠 大王集香肠是徐州睢宁县王集镇的特色美食,有着“王集香肠,香肠之王”的美誉。该香肠是用猪后腿的精瘦肉然后加入多种名贵中草药制作而成,不像其他地方的香肠,王集香肠切开之后颗粒状的肉清晰可见,其风味独特,咸香适口,甜中带咸,咸中有甜,让人吃起来回味无穷,同时它也是徐州人最喜爱的美食之一。 赫赫有名的沛县狗肉 人们常说“狗肉上不了席面”,而在徐州赫赫有名的美食就是沛县狗肉。沛县制作的狗肉颜色鲜亮,闻上去香味浓郁,吃起来鲜香美味而不腥,肉质细嫩,香而不腻。沛县人多以狗肉招待客人。还有就是外出的沛县人也会带上一些狗肉,而到徐州的外地人也多会去尝尝这赫赫有名的沛县狗肉。 当然古城徐州美食名吃远不止这些,还有:烧杂拌、椒子酱、蝶喽龟、把子肉、羊蝎子、博爱街蜗牛、菜煎饼、辣汤、八股油条等等。如果您还知道徐州有哪些美食小吃欢迎下方留言补充。
